Shipping Policy

We continuously review our shipping charges to ensure they accurately reflect our cost to ship. 

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-to-3 business days except where noted. Shipping normally takes 5 business days or less for delivery within Canada (some exceptions may apply). If no one is home during the day, a notice will be left on your door with instructions on how to receive your package. If your delivery address is a PO Box, your order will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel assuming the item meets the Canada Post size and weight guidelines.

Oversized charges will apply to heavy bags, heavy bag stands, speed bag platforms, mats. Depending on product size and destination additional shipping charges may apply.  (E.G., Yukon, NWT, northern B.C.) Clients will be contacted prior to shipping to confirm additional costs. Individual shipping quotes will be supplied for boxing rings and mma cages. We do ship to the Continental US and there is a shipping surcharge of $15.50 CAD. Shipping charges to the United States do NOT include customs, duty, and taxes. The recipient is responsible for all customs, clearing and other fees required to ship to the United States. The recipient is responsible for all customs, shipping charges, and other fees if the package is returned to Full Contact Sports by the carrier for any reason.

Once an order is delivered, shipping charges become non-refundable.
