This is the first bag ever designed specifically for teaching one of boxing's most neglected and effective punches - The Uppercut!
The bag no serious training facility should be without. Durable Powerhide Construction with a shock absorbing, 1" foam layer that's better on the hands, better on the joints, and provides a more realistic opponent.
